Note that this configuration is a Premium and Enterprise feature. On the Essential Plan, the Onboarding Flow is part of the default experience.
You can configure the Onboarding Flow in Settings > Onboarding.
You will see that the feature is still in beta and may change.
You can enable/disable the feature.
When you enable the onboarding flow for members, you can choose whether to enable it only for new members, or for future members and existing members who haven't seen it yet.
The new members-only option is the safest and is enabled by default.
Next, you can choose which admins should be introduced to members.
Here, we recommend that you select your main program drivers, the ones you want your members to be able to reach out to if they have questions about the program.
You can choose what to display alongside the welcome message, whether an image or a video.
If you don't want to display anything, you can also leave the field empty.
You can customize the message copy.
If you want to use our default copy, you can leave the fields empty.

A short introduction shown at the start of the onboarding.
Purpose statement
Explains the purpose of the program and what members can expect to get out of it.
Rewards examples
A short, comma-separated list of example rewards that you offer your members for participating.
Note that if you completely disable rewards in Ambassify, we won't show this part of the "earn rewards" section in the onboarding flow.
You can always preview the onboarding at the top right of the screen.
