The Personal Posts feature can be enabled from your general settings in the admin panel. Go to "⚙️ Settings" at the top right of the page and select "Personal Posts" from the side menu.
Available features
Post Types: Members can create text-only posts, add one or more images, or a video.
Link Tracking: Any links added to the text will be tracked in the reporting.

→ X account (formerly Twitter)
→ Google Business Profile→ Instagram Professional account
Points for Publishing:
Managers can configure a specific number of points users earn when publishing a Personal Post.This applies across all platforms (web and mobile).
Users can see the points they'll earn only in the web community.
Emoji Picker:
The Personal Post composer on the web includes a built-in emoji picker, making it easier and more fun for members to personalize their posts.Preview Option
Users can see an accurate, network-tailored preview of their post directly in the Personal Post composer before publishing.Writing Tips
Managers can configure helpful writing tips in the backend, which will be displayed to members when they open the Personal Post composer and guide them in creating engaging content.Improve with AI
We added an “Improve with AI” button to the Personal Post composer that helps members optimize the message they wrote with AI-powered suggestions.
Approval Flow: When enabled, admin approval is required before any personal post can be published on social media. Admins will automatically receive an email notification to review the post before publication. The admins can then review the posts and publish or reject them.
You can find the personal posts in the sharing report, where you can add a filter to show only the personal posts or to exclude the personal posts:
If you want to have an overview of all the recent personal posts that were published by your advocates, you can go to Content and click on Personal Posts in the left-side panel.
Member view
When the Personal Posts feature is enabled in your account, members will see a button Create Personal Posts in the header section.
Depending on which networks are enabled, members can choose the account on which they'd like to post.

Clicking on '...more' opens the full post, just like it would do on LinkedIn too:
When a post is published, members can also open the post on LinkedIn immediately:
Only when you have enabled this option, members can also ask to have their post boosted by their fellow advocates.
