The Boost report brings together the results of all your Boost campaigns in one place: how many members took part, and how many reactions, comments and reposts they confirmed. This article is for admins. The report is available in every plan.
Share campaigns have their own report, the Sharing report, because shares and boosts produce different data.
Open the Boost report
Go to Reports.
Under Ambassify Reports, select Boost.
Set the Date Range you want to look at.
Columns
Reactions: likes and other reactions (đ â¤ď¸ đ âŚ).
Comments: comments on the boosted post.
Reposts: reshares of the boosted post.
Total actions: reactions, comments and reposts together.
Active members: the number of unique members with Boost campaign interactions. Shown when you split by campaign.
Active campaigns: the number of different Boost campaigns with interactions. Shown when you split by member.
The Totals row at the bottom adds up every row.
A Boost campaign only asks for the actions you selected when you created it. If you only asked members to react, the Comments and Reposts columns stay at 0.
Split, filter and export
Use Split by to choose what each row shows: Member (the default), Member: Group, Member: Country, Campaign, Tag, Source or Channel.
Click Add filter to narrow the report down, for example to one country or group.
Click Export to download the report data.
Good to know
The numbers are based on the actions members confirm in the campaign after they open the post.
Boost campaigns don't add to EMV in the Sharing report. EMV only covers shares.
