If you want to change the content of the welcome popup that is shown in the community, you can do this via Settings > Look and Feel > Welcome Popup.
The first impression for your advocates when they enter your community means everything as it can make a massive difference to their perception and future participation. Give some thought to the following ways of greeting your new members:
Be informal, explain to them what to do next, and encourage them to explore
Use a personalized video message to greet your members. A video will have a greater impact on your audience, especially when you really need to grab their attention during their first visit
If you want to add your own message to the welcome popup but you still want to use our default animated welcome video you can embed the video code using the button on the screenshot below.

A bunch of campaigns are waiting for you to be completed. Just pick your favorite, click on the button to learn more about the campaign. Once you’ve completed your campaign, you get rewarded with some points.
Leaderboard
These points help you climb up the leaderboard. Who doesn’t like to be first? Click on your name to see how you are performing.
