Share scheduling for members

How members can schedule the content they want to share

For customers using our API sharing, members can decide when they would like their post to be shared on social media, provided that time is within 31 days in the future. This feature is available for all campaign types that involve the sharing of posts on social media:

  • Social Share

  • Affiliate Links

  • Share an Image

  • Share a Video

How does it work?

When members open a sharing campaign (e.g., a Social Share campaign where you ask to share a blog article), they can choose one of the available social network options (e.g., share on LinkedIn).

Next to the share button, there is a little down arrow. By clicking on it, a member can open a small drop-down window to select precisely when they want their post to be shared (e.g., on LinkedIn).

As a member, you can schedule up to 31 days in the future. Depending on the selected time, the message below the time picker will tell you when the post will be shared on the selected social network (e.g., on LinkedIn).

Cancel Scheduled Shares with One Click

Changed their mind? They can cancel scheduled shares directly on the campaign page where they scheduled it. When they cancel:

  • Their interaction state updates to “canceled.”

  • The canceled share stays in their activity and reporting, but they won’t earn points or count as a share.

Where to Find Your Scheduled Shares

You can now visit your Activity page to see all the campaigns you’ve interacted with. Click on any campaign to view your scheduled shares. We’re working on a convenient overview of all your scheduled shares, which will be coming soon!
