Quarterly Performance Report (Enterprise)

The Quarterly Performance Report gives customers a structured overview of their Ambassify results across three areas: Members, Campaigns, and Sharing. It is available exclusively for enterprise accounts.

Written by Elise Breban

Where to find it

Go to ReportsCustom ReportsQuarterly Performance.

Date filter

At the top of the report, you will find a date filter showing the selected year and quarter (for example, Q1 2026). All data in the report is shown on a quarterly basis. You can switch between quarters at any time using this filter.

Part 1 — Members

The Members tab gives you an overview of your ambassador community on Ambassify. On the left, you will find three key metrics:

  • Total Members — the total number of members in your community during the selected quarter

  • Total Advocates — the number of members with an advocate role

  • Interacting Members — the number of members who actively engaged during the quarter

Each metric card displays the current quarter's value alongside a percentage change compared to the previous quarter — shown in green for an increase and red for a decrease. This makes it easy to see at a glance whether your community is growing.

On the right, you will find two charts:

  • User Roles over Time — a line chart breaking down your member base by role (admins, advocates, and contacts) across the months in the quarter

  • Interacting Members over Time — a bar chart showing how many members interacted each month

Each chart has an information icon you can click for more context on what is being measured.

Part 2 — Campaigns

The Campaigns tab shows you how your campaign publishing activity evolved during the selected quarter. On the left, you will find two metrics:

  • Campaigns Published — the total number of campaigns published during the quarter

  • Share Campaigns Published — the number of share-type campaigns published

Both metrics include a quarter-over-quarter comparison, so you can immediately see if you published more or fewer campaigns than the previous quarter.

On the right, the Published Campaigns over Time bar chart breaks this down month by month, giving you a clearer picture of your publishing cadence throughout the quarter.

Part 3 — Sharing

The Sharing tab is split into two subsections: Shares and Engagement.

Shares

The Shares section covers how your campaigns were distributed by ambassadors. You will find three metrics on the left:

  • Campaign Shares — the total number of times campaigns were shared

  • Personal Posts — the number of personal posts made by members

  • Shares per Member — the average number of shares per member

On the right, two charts give you more detail:

  • Shares per Type over Time — a line chart showing campaign shares across the months of the quarter

  • Shares per Network over Time — a line chart breaking down shares by social network (for example, Facebook and LinkedIn)

Engagement

The Engagement section shows the impact those shares had. On the left, you will find:

  • Total Impressions — how many times shared content was seen

  • Total Clicks — how many times links in shared content were clicked

  • Clicks per Share — the average number of clicks generated per share

On the right, two charts provide a further breakdown:

  • Clicks & Impressions over Time — a combined line and area chart tracking both metrics month by month

  • Share Engagement per Type over Time — a stacked bar chart showing engagement broken down into reshares, comments, and reactions.

Quarter-over-quarter comparison

Throughout the entire report, every metric card shows a percentage change compared to the previous quarter, displayed directly below the current value. This allows you to quickly assess trends and spot areas of improvement or decline without needing to switch between views.

Downloading the report as a PDF

When you are ready to share the report with colleagues, you can download it as a PDF. Look for the download icon in the top-right corner. Clicking it will generate a PDF of the current view, ready to share with stakeholders who do not have access to Ambassify.

This feature is available for enterprise customers only. If you have questions about your plan or would like to upgrade, please reach out to your Account Manager.
