How can you delete employees from the member list who no longer work for the company?

If you want to make sure that your employee list in Ambassify is up to date, there are a couple of possibilities:

1) You can delete employees who left one by one from the member list. You can also select the checkbox in front of the members, and click delete.

2) If you receive an updated employee list from HR with the current employees, you can also create a new Group in Ambassify (called Current Employees), import the contacts in that list, and add them to the Group Current Employees in Ambassify.

While doing this, you have to make sure you enable the checkbox to overwrite
existing data that conflicts with the import, and you can select the email address column. You don't have to select any other columns.

After that, you can filter all the contacts not in the Group Current Employees, those who left the company (because they were not in the list), and then you can delete all those contacts.

3) If you are on our Enterprise plan, there is another option while using SSO to sync automatically with your user identity provider - no need to add/remove employees manually from the member list (SCIM provisioning).
