Ambassify x Canva integration

Upload, create and edit campaign visuals seamlessly

Written by Laurens Bobbaers

With the Canva integration, you can:

  • Import any Canva design straight into your campaign visual, without downloading or re-uploading

  • Edit an existing campaign visual in Canva and bring it back in one click

  • Start a new design that's already sized correctly

Note: The Canva integration is not included by default. If you're interested in adding it to your subscription, please reach out to your Account Manager.

In this article, we'll explain how the integration works, step by step.

Step 1: Enable the integration

  1. Go to your account’s Settings (gear icon).

  2. In the left pane, scroll down to Integrations and select Canva.

  3. Turn the integration on and click Configure.

  4. Click Connect account and follow the steps in the Canva wizard to link your Canva account.

Step 2: Design your campaign visual

  1. When creating a new campaign, click Design with Canva. The recommended image dimensions are applied automatically.

2. Choose how to start:

  • Create a new design from scratch, or

  • Search your existing designs. Your most recent designs are shown first, so you can reuse or edit them quickly.

3. Canva opens in a new window. Work on your design as usual.

4. When you’re done, click Return to Ambassify in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Import your design

Back in the campaign builder, click Import design. Your visual is added to the campaign.

When you want to edit the campaign visual of an existing campaign, open the campaign and click Design with Canva just above the current visual. Make your changes in Canva, return to Ambassify and import the updated design.

The Canva integration is built for admins, and it works with all Canva Accounts.

  • Canva Free
