Customize the look and feel of your community to match your own brand

The Ambassify platform makes applying your organization’s branding easy wherever required. You can upload your logo and edit the color scheme so the platform matches your look and feel.

Follow these steps to get started with the branding configuration of your community:

  • Click on your gear icon on the top right of the screen to go to the settings

  • From the left sidebar, select the item Look and Feel.

Look and Feel

  • Name: This represents the name used in communication with your members

  • Logo: upload your brand’s logo here in high quality. We recommend you use an image with a transparent background to help your logo blend in.

  • Header logo: this logo is used for the header of your community.

  • Brand colors

  • Header colors

Header

The header is the colored bar at the top of the community. It usually contains your logo on the left and the profile information of the currently logged-in user.

  • Background color: Select the primary color for the header.

  • Text color: Select the color you would like text in the header to appear in.

  • Accent color: is used to highlight text that appears in the header.

Messages and email

When you go to Settings > Messages & Email, you can click on Edit Template.

Here, you can fully customize your email template to send messages from Ambassify.

Remember to edit the template for each language if you are working with multiple languages.

Note that if you bought our Branding Package, you can also send us your own HTML code for a new email template so you can match the template exactly to your branding guidelines.

Mobile app

When you go to Settings > Mobile App, you can apply the same branding to our native Ambassify mobile app.
