Admins have the option to enable a setting on multilingual share campaigns that will allow your members to share in all languages the campaign offers, regardless of their profile language.

How it looks in the backend

In the campaign builder, you'll find a toggle that you can activate on your individual multilingual share campaign. Scroll down to the 'content to share' section:

When it is enabled, members will be able to choose the language they want to share their content in within the campaign itself:

For each available channel (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, ...) they can earn points the first time they share in a certain language.

When members switch between the available language versions, only the share variant part will change. The rest of the campaign (title, description, etc.) will remain in the initial language that matches the user's language.

How it looks in the reporting

When opening the sharing report of an individual campaign, admins will be able to see in their reporting how each language performed. To do this, you can split the report's data by language:

Important note: before this feature update, it was possible to provide your members with campaigns in multiple languages, by creating separate campaigns per language, targeted at either the full community or at specific target audiences (E.g. "Belgium French-speaking" and "Belgium Dutch-speaking". When you want to start using this simplified solution of multilingual sharing, it is advised to check if your campaign targeting and/or segmentation structure should be updated. You can contact your Customer Success Manager if you need help.
