What is AI Share Review?
Share Review gives you instant feedback on a share message before your ambassadors see it. Click Review next to a default share message in the campaign builder, and Ambassify's AI tells you how to make that message stronger.
Think of it as a second pair of eyes, not a ghostwriter. You keep writing the message; the AI coaches you on it. Today, Share Review is available to admins on every plan. It reviews the text of your default share messages and gives optimization tips.
How to review a share message
Create or edit a share campaign.
Go to the step where you write the default share messages.
Write your message (or generate one with AI).
Click Review.
Read the feedback in the review panel. If the message is fine, you'll see that there are no issues.
Apply the suggestions you like, edit the message yourself, or keep it as it is.
Use the thumbs up or thumbs down to tell us whether a suggestion was helpful.
Nothing is changed automatically. You decide what goes into the message.
What the optimization tips look at
The tips are based on the latest best practices for the social media networks that are supported. Typical feedback includes:
Hook: does the first line make people want to read on?
Structure: one solid block of text gets a suggestion to add paragraph breaks.
Length: is the message too long or too short for LinkedIn?
Engagement: for example, adding a question at the end to invite reactions.
Share Review currently looks at the text of the message only. Images, videos and link previews are not reviewed.
Turn on Share Review
We're rolling out the Review button to everyone and it will be enabled automatically. Don't see it in your campaign builder yet? You can switch it on yourself:
Go to Settings > AI settings.
Enable the checkbox for share message optimization suggestions.
Save your changes.
The Review button now appears next to your default share messages. You can turn it off again in the same place.
Go further: Share Review based on your rules
Do you want Share Review to check messages against your own policy rules, so you can rest assured that they are always compliant and aligned with your brand voice? This option is currently available in beta.
Each rule is either soft (a suggestion the writer can ignore) or hard (a violation that has to be fixed). You can enable or disable every check.
How the beta works
We configure a set of rules, each with a description and a severity. Rules can be derived from your policy documents, but this is not required.
You fine-tune the rules with us.
We test the rules on posts your ambassadors already published, so you see what feedback they would have received.
You rate the feedback with a thumbs up or down. That's enough to tune it to your account.

FAQ
Which plans include Share Review? The optimization tips are available on all plans.
Do my ambassadors see the Review button? Not yet. Today, Share Review is for admins in the campaign builder. In a next phase, we'll bring it to ambassadors when they write a personal post, and when they edit a share message you provided.
Will the AI rewrite my message? No. It suggests improvements. You choose what to apply.
Is our data shared with AI providers outside the EU? No. All our AI processors are based in the EU, and Ambassify is GDPR compliant. See our sub-processors.
Does Guardrails replace our approval flow? No. It catches the common issues first, so your reviewers can focus on the edge cases.
