What’s changing?
You’ll notice a new drawer-based navigation across the platform.
Instead of navigating through separate menus and screens, employees will now access key areas through a centralized side drawer.

After
Why this update?
This change helps us create a more intuitive and scalable experience.
With the new navigation:
Employees can move more easily between different areas
The structure is clearer and more consistent
We can introduce new features (like Skills) in a more natural way
What does this mean for you?
Very little changes in how you use the platform today.
All existing features remain available
Campaigns, content, and flows stay the same
No setup or migration is required
This is purely a navigation and layout improvement.
Small naming update
As part of this change:
“Personal Posts” is now called “Share Composer”
This better reflects what the feature is for: creating and sharing your own content.
👉 Nothing about the functionality has changed.
What’s coming next: a new Home experience
This navigation update is the first step toward a bigger improvement.
Soon, employees will land on a new Home screen when they log in.
The new Home will:
Highlight what matters most today
Guide employees toward relevant actions
Make it easier to engage without searching
Instead of browsing a feed, employees will get a clearer starting point and more direction.
What to expect
The new navigation will be rolled out soon
The Home experience will follow later this quarter
We’ll continue refining both based on feedback
