Initial reward: the number of points a member gets by clicking at the bottom of the campaign. This indicates they have completed the call to action (part, like, fill in the poll, ...). The number of points set when the campaign was set up is automatically allocated. This number of points is visible in a community post.

Mystery reward: an extra number of points can be awarded if an important campaign has been participated in. The action (for example, writing a review on an external website for your company) has to be checked manually, after which this number of points can be validated or rejected in the campaign interactions.

Members can't see this number of points anywhere until they receive them.
